Mutual Housing at Lemon Hill is currently accepting waiting list applications for 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Applications are accepted online only through our applicant portal. 

The waiting list for 3- and 4-bedroom apartments are closed and not accepting applications. Please contact the management office at (916) 388-9514 to inquire about availability.
